The Disability Certificate portal aims at enabling PwDs (Persons with disabilities) to apply, track and obtain his/her disability certificate online. The portal provides an online platform to the applicant for the following

1. Online submission of application of Disability Certificate for a fresh applicant.
2. Online tracking of his/her application for the applicant.
3. Online issuance of Disability Certificate after due examination.
4. Online availability of data of PwDs across the state through a centralized web application.
